Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays
Vacation Time. All employees earn vacation time accrues on a bi-weekly basis and can be rolled over from year to year and increases over time based on length of employment.
Sick Leave. Full-time and part-time employees are given the same amount of pro-rated sick time per pay period to be used during employment as needed.
Paid Holidays. All employees working 20 or more hours each week receive 10 paid holidays including 9 federal holidays and the Friday after thanksgiving.

Woodfords offers vision and dental insurance options for employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week.
403b Retirement Savings
To help you prepare for the future, Woodfords offers full and part time employees a 403(b) plan retirement savings plan as part of its benefits package. Once employed by Woodfords you may start participating in this plan on your first day of hire or any time thereafter. After 12 months of continuous employment, Woodfords matches up to 5% of employee contributions.
Health Insurance Plans
Woodfords offers health insurance for employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week and their dependents. Health insurance options include HMO and HSA plans with Harvard Pilgrim.
Disability, Life, and AD&D Insurance
Woodfords provides all employees who work 20 or more hours per week short- and long-term disability coverage as well as term life and accidental death and disbursement coverage at no cost to the employee.
