Participants must have their Provisional BHP Certificate and hold current Child & Adult CPR/First Aid as well as have proof of completion of an OSHA-compliant Bloodborne pathogens training within the last year. (Only live or blended learning - online w/ live skills testing - CPR/FA certification is valid for this requirement). Certificates must be submitted to register. If you are not a Calais School Department employee, there is a $100 course fee. Please contact Tennille Hallowell to confirm your enrollment and arrange payment.
