DESCRIPTION:The Shared Living Medication Administration course is designed for people administering medications in Shared Living or Family-Centered Home Support settings funded under MaineCare section 21. The course is for the primary home provider as well as any others who administer medication only to the people living in the home. Anyone who is paid to administer medications in other settings is not eligible to take this course. This certification is valid for 2 years. Cost: $125 \nVirtual Classes – participants must have high-speed internet connection and a device with 2-way audio and video connection. SUMMARY:CRMA Recertification
DESCRIPTION:This 8-hour class is designed for recertification of CRMA students who have completed the 24 or 40 hour CRMA course. Participants taking this course should already possess the ability to transcribe orders onto an MAR with 100% accuracy. The class will include demonstration of skills through a mock medication pass and a written exam. All students MUST bring a copy of their CRMA Bridge certificate\, or a copy of their 24 or 40 hour CRMA certificate issued by the state and a current driver’s license or identification card. The CRMA Recertification Review class is recommended for all students prior to taking the Recertification class. Cost: $85

DESCRIPTION:To register for our 24-hour CRMA trainings\, participants must work for an organization where they are able to complete the medication passes required for certification. The CRMA Prep class is recommended for first-time CRMAs and anyone that feels they could benefit from some extra study materials prior to the start of formal certification. Our Registered Nurse (RN) will review information on med abbreviations/classifications and get participants familiar with some of the CRMA terminology used in the certification course.  Our RN will also assist participants as they create study materials that will help them through the formal certification. SUMMARY:Shared Living Medication Administration - Recertification
DESCRIPTION:The Shared Living Medication Administration Recertification course is designed for people who were previously certified to administer medications in Shared Living or Family-Centered Home Support settings funded under MaineCare section 21 and need to recertify. Recertification is required every 2 years. Advanced registration required. Due to the need to mail materials prior\, there is an enrollment deadline for virtual sessions. Please register at least one week prior to any virtual session date. Participants must have high-speed internet connection with two-way audio and video to attend. Cost: $65.
