SUMMARY:CRMA Prep Class (for Initial Certification)
DESCRIPTION:To register for our 24-hour CRMA trainings\, participants must work for an organization where they are able to complete the medication passes required for certification. The CRMA Prep class is recommended for first-time CRMAs and anyone that feels they could benefit from some extra study materials prior to the start of formal certification. Our Registered Nurse (RN) will review information on med abbreviations/classifications and get participants familiar with some of the CRMA terminology used in the certification course.  Our RN will also assist participants as they create study materials that will help them through the formal certification. Cost: $45

Attendance in both days is required. \nContact: Wendy Enright\, bh*@*******ds.org\, 207-887-5238 \nCourse Description:  This is a blended learning curriculum with 12 online modules and 9 hours of in-class\, instructor-led training. Participants must successfully complete all 12 online modules no later than 4 days prior to the Live Day session in order to be granted admittance. Completion of an OSHA-compliant Bloodborne pathogens training and current Adult & Child CPR and First Aid certification are also required for BHP certification. Please contact bh*@*******ds.org for more information. \nThe following is required to enroll in a Virtual BHP Live Day session: \n– pre-registration through the BHP Relias LMS. \n– computer with audio (a headset/earbuds recommended). \n– strong internet connection. \n– Adobe Connect – a link and instructions will be emailed one week prior to class.
