SUMMARY:Virtual BHP Live Day - November 2\, 2023
DESCRIPTION:This is a blended learning curriculum with 12 online modules and 7 hours (not including breaks) of in-class\, instructor-led training. Participants must successfully complete all 12 online modules no later than 3 days prior to the Live Day session in order to be granted admittance. Completion of an OSHA-compliant Bloodborne pathogens training and current Adult & Child CPR and First Aid certification are also required for BHP certification. Please contact bh*@*******ds.org for more information. \nThe following is required to enroll in a Virtual BHP Live Day session: \n\ncomputer with audio (a headset/earbuds recommended).\nstrong internet connection.\nAdobe Connect – a link and instructions will be emailed one week prior to class.\n\nCost: \n\nNo charge to Provider Agency/School staff providing MaineCare reimbursed services. Additionally\, now through 12/31/23\, the $100 course fee is waived for independent students who are interested in becoming a Certified BHP.
