One Dock Restaurant in Kennebunkport will donate 15% of all revenues to Woodfords Family Services as part of its "Worthy Wednesdays" program!Enjoy an evening out and support Woodfords at the same time on Wednesday, January 19th from 6-9 pm! One Dock at the Kennebunk Inn will donate 15% of all revenues from the evening to Woodfords Family Services. This is a great opportunity to have some fun while raising money for a great cause.
This is the second year One Dock has partnered with local nonprofits on its "Worthy Wednesdays" program.
"We were so pleased by last year's response of the local patrons and of the area's non profits when we reached out to partner with them," said Debbie Lennon, owner of the Kennebunkport Inn/One Dock. "We felt it was a great opportunity to help a lot of worthy organizations, and a way for us to give back throughout the first quarter of 2011. Our hope last year when we first started was that this would become an annual event for us. And with the success of last year it has! We were able to contribute over $3000 to local non for profits. It's a great roster of organizations we've been pleased to support throughout the years, and it's an easy way for people to show their support because essentially they'll just be paying for their meals."
