Welcome to Connections, the monthly e-newsletter of The Early Childhood Transitions Project, a collaboration between Woodfords Family Services, MSAD#17, MSAD#72 and CDS-Opportunities (Norway). This project is designed to help parents, teachers, case managers and support staff provide children with special needs the best possible transitions from home-based services to preschool and from preschool to kindergarten.
